Cancellation/Rescheduling or No Show Policy For Private Sessions

Clients must notify the Firefly Hollow of a cancellation or reschedule at least 24 hours before the scheduled session, or there will be a $40.00 charge for the missed appointment. Cancellations or no shows with less than 24 hours notice will be charge 100% of the session rate.  Missing an appointment without calling causes a hardship for the practitioner and someone else who may have been denied that appointment time.  We appreciate your consideration as this allows us to serve those in need of our services.

Illness & Rescheduling Policy- Firefly Hollow Wellness is taking all precautions to avoid spread of illness. We have the right to refuse service if you are exhibiting symptoms of illness. Please call us ASAP to reschedule your appointments if you are ill or starting to notice symptoms of illness.

Enrollment/Workshop Cancellation Policy

If a student is unable to attend a prepaid workshop and notifies Firefly Hollow  more than 24 hours in advance they will receive a full refund.  If canceling with less than 24 hours of the scheduled workshop time, the student's account will be credited the in the amount of the prepaid class.  If a student registered for a workshop does not show up or call to cancel, no refund or account credit will be given.  This policy is to ensure we have an accurate count, allowing space for all those interested in attending our workshops & classes.

Can't Find Availability for Your Preferred Practitioner?

Firefly Hollow has more than 15 practitioners & providers available 7 days a week.  Due to the high volume of interest in holistic health, please be aware that some practitioners are booked out for up to 3 months in advance!  If you are seeking an appointment with a specific service provider and cannot find availability online,  chances are they are completely booked.  If you are seeking an appointment with a practitioner whom is booked out, we highly recommend booking the first available appointment and requesting to be placed on their cancellation list in the event of an earlier opening.
