This consultation will be offered in the beginning of Spring and Fall / Winter. As the seasons change, Ayurveda encourages a seasonal regimen to support our health and well being.

Spring is the time of Water and Earth elements, known as Kapha Season. This is the perfect time to shed toxins accumulated in the stagnation of winter; it is time to renew and restore.

Through Samia’s yoga teacher training she was introduced to Ayurveda, the sister science to Yoga. Samia quickly realized that Ayurveda could be helpful in treating symptoms she had been experiencing due to the physical and emotional challenges of relocating from Brazil to the US in 2011. The practice and teaching of yoga and the introduction of an Ayurvedic lifestyle changed Samia’s quality of life for the better. What Are Far Infrared Rays?

Far Infrared rays (FIR) are invisible and present in sunlight; they were discovered by a scientist named Sir William Herschel in 1800.
