Try this 6 Tastes Green Juice from our Ayurvedic Practitioner, Samia Abreu!

This juice contains all 6 Tastes of Ayurveda - Sweet, Sour, Salty, Bitter, Pungent, Astringent.

You'll need:

1 large, organic Fuji or Gala apple sliced or cut into pieces1 handful of sliced organic collard greens or kaleBasil or Mint leaves to taste1/2 inch of ginger root, peeled and quartered1/4 tsp of Turmeric 1/4 tsp of Cinnamon1/2 tsp of flax/chia seed blend1 cup of coconut water1/2 lemon1 nylon nut milk bag

Directions:

Blend all ingredients together EXCEPT the lemon.Place nut milk bag in large, deep bowl.Pour blended mixture in and strain by squeezing out all the liquid.Pour juice into serving glass, squeeze in fresh lemon juice.Stir and enjoy!
